Senior Financial Manager Job OpeningJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent financial management expertise, and the ability to drive business growth.Main Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the revenue and cost accounting of the Singapore entity on a monthly basis, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.Collaborate with internal team members to reconcile revenue-related transactions, verifying accuracy and completeness.Review school contracts for school cost provisions, ensuring compliance with regulations.Publish debtors' ageing file to business leaders, facilitating informed decision-making.Reconcile and account for bank receipts and payment gateway transactions, maintaining financial integrity.Work on intercompany reconciliations and balance confirmations among group entities, ensuring seamless financial operations.Process refunds for participants, resolving any issues promptly.Assist team members during statutory audits, due diligence, and internal audits, providing expert guidance.Requirements:Inter CA or MBA with 5+ years of experience in senior financial management roles.Exceptional working skills in MS Excel, with expertise in data analysis and visualization.Knowledge of ERP environments, including SAP and Salesforce, with experience in implementing and optimizing financial systems.Ability to work under pressure with changing deadlines and responsibilities, prioritizing tasks effectively.Knowledge of Singapore tax compliances, staying up-to-date with regulatory changes.
