This role offers an opportunity to learn how HR enables fast-paced tech environments through strategic talent engagement and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment for tech roles — sourcing, screening, coordination, and candidate experience. Support onboarding and induction for new joiners in the IT vertical. Maintain and update HR dashboards, reports, and databases. Coordinate employee engagement and learning initiatives. Partner with HRBPs on day-to-day operational and project-based HR activities. What We’re Looking For MBA/PGDM students specializing in Human Resources (or recent HR graduates). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong interest in HR operations, recruitment, and people analytics. Quick learner with curiosity to explore how HR drives tech success.
