We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven individual to join our Partnerships & Alliances team as an Associate.Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for proactive outreach to individual alumni and alumni groups from a curated, warmed-up database. This will involve driving fundraising efforts through direct phone conversations, building rapport and motivating alumni to contribute to college development initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Proactively call and engage with individual alumni and alumni groups from a curated, warmed-up database.Drive fundraising efforts through direct phone conversations, building rapport and motivating alumni to contribute to college development initiatives.Execute targeted alumni fundraising campaigns supporting scholarships, infrastructure, campus events, and other student support projects.Maintain detailed records of alumni interactions, donation commitments, and follow-ups using CRM tools.Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop compelling pitch materials and fundraising scripts.Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:1-2 years of experience in inside sales, fundraising, tele calling, alumni engagement or outreach roles.Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills with comfort in calling and engaging a warm alumni database.Ability to work with CRM systems to manage pipelines, follow-ups, and reporting.Motivated by targets and able to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.BenefitsThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to make a meaningful contribution to our organization's mission.
