Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for an Alumni Relations Specialist, based in Hyderabad. The responsibilities include nurturing relationships with the institution's alumni, planning and organizing events, managing communication strategies, and maintaining a comprehensive alumni database. The role also involves engaging alumni in networking opportunities, addressing their queries, and facilitating their involvement in institutional initiatives. Qualifications - Proficiency in Alumni Relations and fostering alumni engagement - Strong Communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in Event Planning and organizing alumni initiatives - Excellent Customer Service skills to address alumni inquiries and enhance satisfaction - Strong Research abilities to gather and maintain alumni data - Proficiency in using CRM tools or alumni databases is an advantage - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field - Positive attitude, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
