Job Title: Manager – OutreachLocation: ChennaiExperience: 6–10 years in Outreach, Admissions, or related roles in the Education IndustryRole Type: Full-time, On-siteRole OverviewThe Manager – Outreach will be responsible for driving enrolments through outreach andsales activities, while also ensuring a positive student experience post-admission. The rolewill focus on 70% outreach/sales and 30% student experience, requiring a balance betweenachieving enrolment targets and supporting student success.Key ResponsibilitiesOutreach & Sales• Plan and execute outreach activities, events, and campaigns to drive studentenrolments.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, counsellors, andother partners in the assigned region.• Generate leads through on-ground and digital outreach, and convert them intosuccessful enrolments.• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly enrolment targets.• Track, analyse, and report outreach metrics to optimize performance.Student Experience• Act as a bridge between admissions and student success, ensuring smooth onboardingof enrolled students.• Support student engagement post-admission by addressing initial queries and guidingthem through processes.• Collaborate with the Student Success team to track student satisfaction and addressconcerns proactively.• Conduct orientation sessions and regular check-ins with newly enrolled students toensure a positive transition.• Assist in building student communities (WhatsApp groups, peer-to-peer connect,alumni linkages) to enhance belongingness.• Collect and report student feedback to continuously improve student experience andretention.Key Skills & Attributes• Strong sales acumen with a proven track record in outreach, student recruitment, oradmissions.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both prospects andenrolled students.• Ability to empathize and resolve student concerns effectively.• Comfort in managing both sales KPIs and student satisfaction metrics.• Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaborativelywith cross-functional teams.• Familiarity with the education sector, student lifecycle, and local market dynamics inChandigarh and Chennai.Qualifications & Experience• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.• 6-10 years of experience in outreach/sales, preferably in the education or edtechsector.• Prior exposure to student counselling, student success, or related functions will be anadded advantage.
