**Position**: Admission Officer
**Experience Required**: 2-3 years in admissions, sales, or customer service (Preferably in an international school or IGCSE curriculum setting).

**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Admissions & Student Enrollment**:
- Manage the entire admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Provide detailed information about the IGCSE curriculum, school facilities, and admission procedures to prospective parents and students.
- Conduct school tours and open houses to showcase the campus and learning environment.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential students and parents to address inquiries and encourage enrollment.
**Communication & Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and enrolled families.
- Address concerns and provide guidance on academic programs, fees, and school policies.
**Marketing & Outreach**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute admission campaigns, social media promotions, and events.
- Represent the school at educational fairs, seminars, and community outreach programs to attract potential students.
**Documentation & Reporting**:
- Generate regular reports on admission trends and provide insights to management for strategic planning.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years in admissions, customer service, or sales, preferably in an IGCSE or international school setting.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication in English (additional languages are a plus).
- **Customer Service**: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with prospective families professionally and warmly.
- **Sales & Persuasion**: Ability to explain the benefits of the school and influence admission decisions.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Familiarity with admission software, CRM tools, and MS Office Suite.
