**Job Title: Admissions & Office Administrator**
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Location**: Anna Nagar, Chennai
**Work Schedule**: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a graduate with excellent communication skills to join our team as an **Admissions & Office Administrator**. The role involves handling student enquiries, providing information on courses, managing administrative tasks for our LMS (Learning Management System), coordinating **student’s training schedule management**, and supporting general office administration.
Training will be provided for all responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make and receive calls to handle student enquiries
- Provide accurate information to prospective students about courses and the admission process
- Perform administrative tasks related to **LMS content management**:
- Manage **student’s training schedules** efficiently
- Support **general office administration tasks** to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain records, update databases, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Work closely with internal teams for admissions and operations coordination
**Requirements**:
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Tamil/Hindi preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / internet handling)
- Prior experience in admissions, counselling, or administration (preferred)
**Compensation**:
- **Base Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
