**Key Responsibilities**:
The involves a key role of providing detailed information about the Montessori method and fostering an inclusive and peaceful working environment. Strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the Montessori philosophy are essential.
- **Manage end to end admissions process**:

- Maintain accurate records of prospective students and families.
- **Communicate Effectively**:

- Provide information about the Montessori philosophy, curriculum, and programs.
- Communicate admissions decisions and next steps promptly.
- Maintain ongoing communication to ensure family satisfaction.
- **Organize Tours and Events**:

- Conduct individual and group tours.
- Organize open houses, information sessions, and other events.
- Coordinate classroom observations and meetings with teachers.
- **Collaborate with Team**:

- Work with the Head of School and administrative staff on admissions strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote the school.
- **Analyze and Report Data**:

- Monitor and analyze admissions data for trends and improvements.
- Prepare regular reports for the Head of School and Board of Directors.
- **Ensure Compliance**:

- Adhere to school policies and relevant regulations.
- Stay informed about Montessori education trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Montessori knowledge is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or related field. Educational setting experience preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and admissions software.
