Core Responsibilities:

- **Student Counseling**:Providing guidance to prospective students and their families about academic programs, admission requirements, and the overall enrollment process.
- **Interviewing and Selection**:Conducting interviews with applicants to assess their suitability and making admission decisions.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintaining accurate records of admissions data, student files, and other relevant information.
- **Recruitment and Outreach**:Participating in recruitment events, college fairs, and other activities to attract potential students.
- **Compliance**:Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to admissions.
- **Reporting**:Preparing reports on admissions statistics and trends.
- **Communication**:Communicating effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- **Teamwork**:Collaborating with other departments, such as academics and student services, to ensure a smooth admissions process.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills**: are essential for counseling students and working with various stakeholders.
- **Excellent organizational and time management skills**: are needed to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- **Proficiency in relevant software and databases**: is often required.
- **Knowledge of admissions procedures, academic requirements, and relevant regulations**: is crucial.
- **Experience in counseling and sales**: can be beneficial for recruitment and student guidance.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,271.85 per month
