Job Title: Key Account Manager - SalesLocation: Baner, PuneCompany: Muks Robotics AI Pvt Ltd.Company website: Experience Required: 3+ yearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage long-term relationships with key accounts, including large enterprises and international clients.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication, delivery, and satisfaction.Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.Manage the entire sales cycle for key accounts - from pitch to negotiation, closure, and post-sales support.Collaborate with technical and product teams to provide tailored solutions that address client needs.Oversee invoicing, Purchase Orders (POs), and ensure timely collections in coordination with finance.Track, analyze, and report account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored proposals and solutions that address client needs.Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics to achieve business targets.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings with professional presentations.Strong understanding of AI & robotics market trends to position the company as a strategic partner.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA from a reputed institute preferred.Minimum 3+ years of experience in key account management, or enterprise sales.Strong understanding of organizational effectiveness, business processes, and client engagement.Proven success in managing enterprise accounts, closing large deals, and handling C-level relationships.Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and sales operations (invoicing, POs, CRM tools).Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and sales reporting.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with business acumen.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.What We Offer:Opportunity to work on futuristic robotics technologies.A collaborative and innovative work environment.Growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding tech company.Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
