We are looking for a results-driven Operations Manager who can seamlessly integrate operational excellence, key account management, and sales responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:    Plan, manage, and oversee daily operational activities across functions to ensure smooth business execution.    Develop, implement, and continuously refine operational policies, procedures, and best practices.    Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for efficiency improvement and cost reduction.    Manage budgets, forecasts, invoicing, and Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accurate financial reporting and operational cost-efficiency.    Lead, train, and evaluate operational team members to drive accountability and high performance.    Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.    Prepare detailed reports and present actionable insights to senior management.    Drive revenue by managing the full sales cycle for key accounts, from lead generation and pitching to negotiation, closure, and post-sales support.    Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities to expand account value and market reach.    Build strong industry connections and represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and events.    Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored proposals and solutions that address client needs.    Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics to achieve business targets.Required Skills & Qualifications    Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA from a reputed institute preferred.    Minimum 3+ years of experience in operations, key account management, or enterprise sales.    Strong understanding of organizational effectiveness, business processes, and client engagement.    Proven success in managing enterprise accounts, closing large deals, and handling C-level relationships.    Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and sales operations (invoicing, POs, CRM tools).    Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.    Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ERP, CRM, and business management software.    Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.    Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced startup environment.Key Competencies    Strategic Planning & Execution - Align operations and business development strategies with company goals.    Leadership & Team Management - Drive performance and accountability within cross-functional teams.    Process & Performance Improvement - Optimize workflows and reduce inefficiencies.    Sales & Revenue Growth - Ability to convert opportunities into business outcomes.    Client Relationship Management - Build trusted, long-term partnerships with enterprises and international clients.    Financial & Commercial Acumen - Strong focus on profitability, forecasting, and account growth.What We Offer:   Opportunity to work on futuristic robotics technologies.   A collaborative and innovative work environment.   Growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding tech company.   Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
