We are hiring for our client HRingZa Solutions.
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with good communication skills knowledge of freelancing platforms lead generation expertise and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
This position is open to both freshers and individuals with up to 3 years of experience.As a BDE you will be responsible for attracting and acquiring new clients understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Utilizing your excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and establish strong relationships.
  • Leveraging your knowledge of freelancing platforms to identify potential clients and generate leads.
  • Demonstrating lead generation abilities to identify potential business opportunities and convert them into longterm clients.
  • Showcasing your ability to build and maintain client relationships ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

We operate from Monday to Saturday with working hours from 10 AM to 7 PM. Experienced candidates are required to commit to a 1year bond while freshers are required to commit to a 1.5year bond.
