Key Responsibilities -
- Optimize touchpoints, create lifecycle journeys, manage CRM calendar, and ensure cross-channel communication (In-App, Push, Email, SMS, Whats app).
- Enhance data quality using enrichment tools, ensure accurate customer profiles, and segment leads for targeted campaigns.
- Analyze data for trends, predict behavior, and identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling, increasing customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to design personalized campaigns, test, iterate, and optimize for maximum engagement.
- Build reporting systems, monitor performance, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders to improve future campaigns.
- Continuously refine CRM processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and optimize user experience.
- Align CRM strategies with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and maximize conversion rates.
- Develop strategies focused on improving customer retention, reducing churn, and increasing brand loyalty.
Experience: 2-3 years in CRM management specially with Hubspot, lead enrichment, and campaign execution.
Skills: Hubspot CRM Specialist with hand on data enrichment tools like (Lusha, Apollo), analytics proficiency, strong problem-solving and communication skills.
