Marketing Operations Specialist You Are: A motivated marketing operations manager passionate about process design, performance reporting, and marketing technology. You bring an upbeat attitude, strong communication skills, and an analytical mindset. The Opportunity : This role ensures the effective use and integration of marketing technology, efficient marketing campaign deployment, and performance data accuracy and completeness. Help solve key challenges, such as attribution, lead routing and follow-up, program automation, data accuracy, funnel analysis, and forecasting for all marketing motions (self-serve, channel and sales-led for new logo acquisition and customer growth). Provide analytics reports and dashboards in Hub Spot and 3rd party BI tools Orchestrate campaigns in Hub Spot, including the set-up and back-end workflows needed to launch and measure marketing activities effectively. Manage reporting, KPIs, marketing dashboards, conversion tracking, and campaign insights. Improve, monitor, and maintain contact and account data quality, ensuring accuracy and minimizing flawed or incomplete data. Establish, maintain, and improve scalable processes across systems that ensure best practices for the marketing team to perform optimally in respective roles. What you need : 5+ years of marketing, operations or analytics experience in a B2 B technology or services environment. Deep understanding of Hub Spot and how 3rd party integrations and APIs can help enable marketing automation. Proficiency in marketing methodologies, such as automation, account-based marketing, campaign management, and lead nurturing. Competent with marketing processes, including marketing automation, account-based marketing, campaign execution, and lead nurturing. Superior analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfort analysing and visualizing data in Excel, Hub Spot, and BI tools. A deep understanding of the customer journey. Experience with data augmentation, lead routing, and lead scoring is a plus. Familiarity with a broad spectrum of marketing technologies, including but not limited to Hub Spot, Zoom Info, Demandbase, and Google Analytics. Comprehensive knowledge of Hub Spot, including its integration with third-party tools and APIs to facilitate marketing automation.
