Location: Bangalore

Experience: 3-4years


Responsibilities:


  • This role is marketing operations role and requires deep execution skills, vendor management and understanding the costs of operations thoroughly.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and activities across various offline channels eg General Trade and Exclusive stores.
  • Plan and execute events, exhibitions, and in-store promotions to increase footfall and sales.
  • Collaborate with vendors and agencies to ensure timely and smooth execution of marketing activities.
  • Monitor and manage the spends and procuring material at best prices.
  • Conduct market research to understand target audience and understand market trends and competitors.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and recommend appropriate marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of offline marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to develop marketing collaterals.



Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in the apparel industry - Preferably in the general trade
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for marketing.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
