Job Title: Senior Manager Liaison

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Government Liaising:

Coordinate with various government departments/consultants to obtain approvals related to land acquisition, project initiation, and construction.

Manage legal compliance and documentation for real estate projects according to state and central regulations.

2. Project Approvals:

Obtain environmental clearances, fire safety NOCs, occupancy certificates, and other mandatory approvals related to projects.

Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and legal teams to ensure timely submission of documents.

3. Stakeholder Management:

Establish and maintain relationships with government officials, regulatory authorities, and industry bodies.

Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and external authorities.

4. Documentation and Compliance:

Prepare and maintain records of all permissions and correspondence with authorities.

Ensure compliance with RERA, building codes, and other legal standards applicable to real estate projects.

5. Conflict Resolution:

Address and resolve any issues or disputes with regulatory bodies or local authorities.

Effectively manage escalations to minimize project delays.

6. Market Research & Updates:

Keep management informed about changes in regulations, policies, and government schemes relevant to real estate.

Identify risks and opportunities arising from regulatory developments.


Qualifications:-

B.E Civil Engineering, or B. Arch

12-15 years of experience in liaising within the real estate sector, particularly in Bangalore.

In-depth knowledge of local government processes, real estate laws, and regulatory frameworks.

Proficiency in spoken and written Kannada and English; knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage.

Strong negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills.
