Job Title: Manager - Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management & Reporting:

Maintain and oversee the company’s financial records, including ledgers, journals.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient funds for project requirements.

Generate reports for management regarding project-specific profitability and costs.

2. Budgeting & Forecasting:

Collaborate with project teams to prepare budgets and financial projections.

Track project expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets.

Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.

3. Taxation & Compliance:

Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory obligations.

Maintain compliance with local tax regulations and company policies.

Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and inspections.

4. Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Manage invoicing, payment cycles, and vendor reconciliations.

Monitor and follow up on receivables to maintain positive cash flow.

5. Real Estate-Specific Financial Operations:

Maintain RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) compliance documentation.

Work with project teams to track pre-sales, bookings, and payment schedules.

Analyze financial data for land acquisition, development costs, and sales revenue.

6. Team Management:

Lead and mentor a team of junior accountants and finance executives.

Ensure proper training and adherence to accounting standards and processes.


Educational Background:

CA /MBA (Finance) or equivalent


Experience:

8-10 years in accounting Exp.

Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Tally, ERP systems) and advanced Excel.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
