Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and favorable payment terms. Implement cost-saving initiatives throughout the supply chain, such as reducing lead times, improving inventory management, and optimizing logistics.Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering open communication and collaboration. Manage supplier performance, track key metrics, and address any performance issues proactively. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to suppliers.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
