  • 10 +years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the Energy /EPC sector.
  • Managing the end-to-end Talent Acquisition i.e. from sourcing to on-boarding across levels and functions from diverse sources.
  • Partners with hiring managers and other stakeholders to advise on and manage end-to-end recruitment at all levels; in creating and updating job descriptions of all unique roles
  • Drives and manages overall a sourcing mix (Company website, social platforms, Job portals, employee referrals, IJP, etc.). Focus on managing the cost of hiring within the budget.
  • Remain up to date on hiring trends, implement creative hiring strategies and run new initiatives for Senvion.
  • Manpower Planning and Budget with Senior Management team.
  • Budget Management: Formulate the annual budget for the talent acquisition function by analyzing trends, growth projections, and anticipated changes contributing to cost-effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Internal/ External stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintained and update the recruitment database and Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Effectively manage end to end recruitments for Senvion.
