Qualifications:

  • Previous working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for 3-5 years
  • Degree in Human resources or similar relevant field
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • In-depth knowledge of candidates' selection methods
  • Experience using recruitment tools such as job boards, applicant tracking systems, and social media
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
