Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role is crucial in identifying and attracting top talent to drive our company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a polished, professional demeanour that reflects our company’s values and culture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Sourcing: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates. (Strong Emphasis on LinkedIn Recruiter’s working knowledge)
  • Candidate Engagement: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and fit for the organization. Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers (Management level people and HODs) and department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic advice on talent acquisition.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Share insights and recommendations with the HR team.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate information, and hiring metrics. Prepare reports as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in [industry]. (Minimum 5 years)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent Communication: Demonstrated ability to convey information clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing. (Very important, we can’t compromise on this, mediocrity will not work)
  • Presentability: Professional appearance and demeanour that reflects the company’s values and creates a positive impression with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and influence others. Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and standard office applications.
