Key Responsibilities:

·      Manage and respond to customer RFQs efficiently and promptly.

·      Maintain and update client information in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping.

·      Assist with CRM record management to ensure seamless customer communication and tracking. Client Servicing act as a liaison between clients and the Director, providing timely updates and addressing client requirements.

·      Maintain organized client records, ensuring easy access to information when needed.

·      Verify and approve new customer creation requests in alignment with company protocols.

·      Data Management & Reporting Maintain data records of customers, their contracts, and new RFQs.

·      Coordinate with Key Account Managers to track and follow up on their monthly KRAs

·      Regularly collect and review reports from the sales team to ensure alignment with performance targets.

Additional support to Marketing

·      Assist in creating strategies to engage and retain customers.

·      Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional activities.

·      Utilize market research tools and digital marketing platforms to analyze trends and identify potential business opportunities. Along with the marketing team.

·      Proficiency in CRM tools

·      Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination.

·      Team coordination capable of working closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications & Experience: -

Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 2–5 years in a sales and marketing role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.

Familiarity with market research tools and digital marketing platforms.

Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PPT etc.
