- **Job Purpose (In one or two sentences)**
This position is responsible for managing Credit Risk and Receivables with a view to minimize bad debts covering VIBS receivables - Bulk SMS, Cloud, FLV & FLD (Multiple Products) of Carrier Customers along with suitable process improvement. Is also accountable for Payment Posting, Reconciliation, GST issues, Recovery and Policy making. Should have B2B collection experience of 5-10 years

- Collection and Bad Debts KPI achievements
- Cross functional coordination to achieve organisational goals s
- Leverage scale benefits and operating efficiencies like improving Due date Collections and higher compounded collections efficiency
- Timely resolution of dispute through cross functional teams
- Account Receivable Reduction
- Collection back office management to support collection processes
- Ensure Process Compliance

- Managing entire collection life cycle management of customer

- Expert in B2B and Large account management and have experience of handling large accounts Pan India
- Sound in Process / systems knowledge / experience
- Strategic thinking ability and good data analysis skills
