Position:- Sr. Manager/ AGM - IT SAP (MM) S4 Hana
Location:- Mumbai (Nariman Point)
Experience:- 10+ Years
Education:- Graduate Engineer/ Computer science
Responsibilities:
·The role is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the organization's SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) landscape. This includes the planning, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of SAP solutions to support the organization's business processes and objectives
·End to End knowledge of MM (MM/IM/QM), PS, FICO, , PM, SD, HCM, C4 C Module is must
·Circulate MIS – Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, Quarterly & Half yearly or as per requirement to Management/Project heads
·Lead the implementation and management of the ERP to ensure smooth operations and enhanced business utility.
·Be responsible for the development and delivery of the SAP applications & amp; product architecture roadmap.
·Ensure smooth running & amp; strengthening of the SAP applications with additions / modifications for high level of CTM/Process Owners/End Users satisfaction.
·To leverage and implement best practice across business and to improve process efficiencies.
·To maximising SAP usage and create governance framework for implementing a high level of service (service management, applications management, incident management and change management).
·Managing SLA through in-house / external partners.
·Resolve error/bugs Inhouse as raised by End users/CTMs from any ERP modules
·Familiarity with software platforms including Microsoft 365, Power BI, SAC, AWS Cloud
·Design, implement and manage Data Analytics architecture
·Conducting software tests, such as unit tests, to ensure that the systems function optimally and that all features integrate well with one another
·Making technical manuals or user guides about the software solutions they develop or implement
·Advance excel knowledge is must
·Oversees IT operations.
·Leads team of IT staff.
·Designs and implements IT strategies and infrastructure.
·Identifies and eliminates security risks.
·Analyses business requirements for IT needs and systems.
·Evaluates IT operations with regard to established goals.
·Communicates within IT team and across departments as needed.
·Assesses need for new equipment and software.
·Prepares progress and budget reports for upper management.
·Hires new members of IT staff.
·Sound understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases and storage systems
·Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
·Solid working knowledge of all relevant coding languages and security protocols
·Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
·Oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluate them according to established goals
·Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management
·Purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment and software
·Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency
·Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management
·Control budget and report on expenditure Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts
