What You’ll Do: End-to-End Merchandising: Oversee the full product journey — from concept to shipment — working with design, sourcing, production, and logistics teams. Market & Strategy: Analyze international market trends, pricing strategies, and client expectations to align with business goals. Client & Vendor Engagement: Collaborate with overseas buyers and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management. Material & Process Innovation: Work on introducing new materials, techniques, and scalable processes to enhance product appeal and efficiency. Order & Production Management: Coordinate raw material sourcing, monitor production stages, and ensure quality and timely delivery. Costing & Reporting: Conduct cost analysis, optimize margins, and provide performance reports to management.
