Expansion Strategist Role OverviewThe ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading business expansion and client acquisition initiatives in the Western region, focusing on driving new business sign-ups, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring consistent execution of sales strategies aligned with overall organizational goals.Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales initiatives in alignment with corporate objectives to drive market growth.New Business Acquisition: Drive new logo acquisition through prospecting, networking, and creating sustainable business opportunities.Target Achievement: Deliver on quarterly and annual New Sign-Ups and revenue targets for the region.Pipeline Management: Generate leads, build a strong sales funnel, prepare proposals, make impactful presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular engagement, needs analysis, and proactive support.Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities to introduce and pitch additional services to existing clients for revenue maximization.Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging business models to maintain a strategic edge.CRM & Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate updates on CRM/Salesforce regarding lead status, client interactions, and progress reports for management visibility.Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to identify market opportunities, strengthen brand presence, and capture targeted market share.
