Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Leader located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Business Leader will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, analyzing business processes, and driving growth initiatives. Daily tasks will include overseeing business operations, ensuring optimal customer service, managing communications with stakeholders, and fostering relationships with clients. The role also involves business planning, devising strategies to achieve business goals, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Proven leadership and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
