About Our Client:
Our client is building a next-generation global brand franchise business. Their mission is to empower high-potential brands to expand into key international markets, providing end-to-end solutions that enable sustainable growth. They offer a comprehensive, technology-driven suite of omnichannel capabilities, including market entry strategy, brand and marketing management, compliance oversight, channel optimization, logistics, fulfilment, and advanced store management technology.
Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst will play a key role in launching eCommerce brands and driving operational
excellence across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms in UAE, KSA, and India. You will
manage the implementation and integration of critical systems (OMS, WMS), analyse operational
data to identify improvements, and optimize processes to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires strong problem-solving, project management, and technical skills to deliver successful brand launches and enhance operational efficiency.
Program Management & Delivery
● Plan and execute brand launches across major platforms
● Drive end-to-end implementation of critical operational tools, including: OMS/WMS platforms(e.g., Unicommerce, Increff, wareIQ)
● Create and maintain project plans with timelines, deliverables, and resource needs.
● Monitor dependencies, risks, and issues; escalate to leadership when needed.
● Organize and lead status meetings with stakeholders.
● Provide regular status updates on progress, risks, and outcomes
Tool Implementation & Testing
● Oversee end-to-end implementation of OMS, WMS, and other operational tools.
● Ensure seamless integration between marketplace systems and OMS/WMS platforms.
● Develop and maintain stakeholder acceptance test plans and test scenarios for customer journeys.
● Coordinate testing with business stakeholders and track results to sign off launch readiness.
● Provide training programs for tool adoption and ensure system performance and reliability.
Operations Management & Optimization
● Take ownership of workflow disruptions and drive timely resolution.
● Support day-to-day operations across e-commerce platforms and tools.
● Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for service disruptions.
● Streamline workflows, identify process gaps, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.
● Highlight manual workflow bottlenecks and identify process automation opportunities.
● Track and improve the effectiveness of process changes and automation initiatives.
Data Analysis & Reporting
● Write SQL queries to extract and analyse operational data.
● Use advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
● Track operational metrics, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights for decision-making. Stakeholder Management
● Collaborate with business teams and external partners on launch goals.
● Manage vendor relationships with OMS/WMS providers and marketplace teams.
● Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
● Present regular updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.
● Build and maintain strong relationships across teams. Documentation & Communication
● Create and maintain standardized process documentation, operational procedures, and guidelines.
● Develop clear product notes highlighting manual workflows, integration gaps, and automation recommendations.
● Maintain a knowledge base for tools, processes, and configurations.
Skills and Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
● 4+ years of experience as business analyst, preferably in eCommerce.
● Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
● Proven experience implementing tools, managing cross-functional programs, and creating test plans.
● Experience in vendor management and stakeholder coordination.
● Excellent communication, presentation skills, and process improvement abilities.
