About Our Client:
Our Client does interdisciplinary engineering across AI, power electronics, control systems, mechanical engineering, system software, electronics and manufacturing. They build (concept to manufacturing) Sherpa Line of Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) - Next generation robots employing Natural Navigation using 3D LiDAR & camera vision.
Job Description:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
• Align project objectives with company's strategic goals and technical roadmaps.
• Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success and After Sales to define technical requirements and specifications .
• Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution.
• Manage dependencies across different functional areas and resolve any conflicts.
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones .
• Monitor resource utilization and adjust plans as necessary to optimize productivity.
• Lead the execution of projects according to the defined project plan.
• Track progress, identify deviations, and take corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Proactively identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Regularly assess and update risk assessments throughout the project lifecycle .
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Address any concerns or escalations promptly and effectively.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet the defined quality standards and comply with relevant. regulations .
• Analyse project outcomes and identify and implement opportunities for process improvement .
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• MBA from a 2nd Tier IIM.
• 2-4 years’ experience in a manufacturing company prior to MBA; 0-3 years’ work experience after MBA as a program manager.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional programs simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in program management tools (e.g. Jira). • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
