Role Summary:
A unique chance to join our team, right at the center of all the action. You'll be right there with us, the founders, helping to make our vision a reality and making sure everything runs smoothly. This role will require owning Customer Growth as their core domain while contributing to business strategy and other strategic new initiatives.
Must have:
B.Tech / B.E from a Tier1 Institute.
Here's what you'll be diving into:
● Create, Own, Iterate Implementation process & track Customer Success
● Conduct Monthly business/Adoption reviews with our customers and collect
feedback
● Own Sales enablement content generation including development of all sales and
customer- facing assets such as product tours, demos
● Understand key metrics and the competitive landscape through market research
and data driven insights to continuously improve experience of the platform
● Deliver select strategic projects for high-priority initiatives informed by data
analysis, customer feedback, and industry trends. Projects could be internally
and/or externally facing
● Develop growth strategies to grow the business organically including Conducting
Events to evangelize, building Community of Finance leaders and managing brand
socials.
● Report, maintain and forecast all business metric results including customer
growth, retention, recurring revenue, engagement, NPS, and margin
We're looking for someone who:
● Has 1-3 years of work experience
● Has an ability to be super responsive across communication channels
● Has a mindset that is open to learning, working hard and having fun.
● Has Experience in growth roles in B2B Saas startups
● Has the drive and tenacity to get the job done, and to inspire their team members
to do the same.
