Role: Business Development Manager – Business Loans

We are looking for dynamic and results-oriented sales professionals with a proven track record in SME Lending.

 ✅ Sales experts with a track record of sourcing loan ticket sizes of ₹10–50 Lakhs

Key Responsibilities

✅Develop and execute sales strategies to grow SME lending business.

✅Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), connectors, and sourcing partners.

✅Generate and onboard customers for business loans (₹10–50 Lakhs ticket size).

✅Deliver impactful sales presentations, pitches, and negotiations.

✅Collaborate with credit, risk, and operations teams for smooth processing.

✅Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Qualifications & Skills

✔Proven sales experience in SME Lending / Business Loans (DSA channel preferred)

✔Strong network with DSAs, connectors, and financial distributors

✔Experience in customer acquisition and onboarding

✔ Expertise in loan products, financial analysis, and risk assessment

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

✔Graduate in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus)

✔Ability to work both independently and in teams
