Job Description:Looking for highly motivated and experienced sales professionals with up to 6-10 years of experience to join our Field Services Sales team at the Chennaia location. This position reports to the Head - Key Accounts Pipe , Field ServicesThis "business-to-business" sales professional should be able to prospect target accounts for new business, maintain an existing territory of business as well as establish and work with partners.The candidate must be comfortable in selling technical services solutions (modernization / up-gradation / recurring services / Spare parts) to all segments. Experience in LV / MV / UPS or Equipment or Solution / Transactional sales is one of the key parameters.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for new Business generation via prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing from identified major accountsservices solutions and productsSell a full range of services offers; requires consultative-selling skillsManage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycleProvide a consultative solutions sales process to prospectsWorking closely with Authorized Service Centers and development of new channels.Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentationsProvide account management to an existing territoryResponsible for tracking customer informationDevelop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads in CRM ToolDesired Skills & QualificationsMust be a self-starterMust be able to demonstrate a sales record (6-10 years) at a high level of achievementSolutions-selling experience in any one or all of the following areas: Medium Voltage / Low Voltage Equipment or Electrical Distribution projects or equipment sellingBachelor's Degree in Electrical EnggAnalytical skill set, good presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organizationAbility to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a teamGood Written and Verbal Communication SkillsWell-Developed Interpersonal Skills and Professional DemeanorExperience in handling large accounts, especially in technical/commercial sideTravelExtensive travel ( mainly in South ) is required for meeting customers and partnersQualifications - ExternalBachelor's Degree in Electrical EnggQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical EnggAbout Our Company:Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?When you are thinking about joining a new team, culture matters.
