Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Copy Supervisor with 5–6 years of experience in copywriting and leading creative teams. The ideal candidate has crafted compelling campaigns for top brands, conceptualized ad films, and delivered exemplary copy across digital platforms. Experience with iconic campaigns, award-winning work, and a strong storytelling ability will set you apart. This role requires not just creative excellence, but also the ability to mentor and guide teams of junior and senior copywriters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of copywriters, ensuring quality, creativity, and consistency in output.
  • Develop high-impact creative ideas, scripts, and storytelling for ad films, integrated campaigns, and digital-first content.
  • Collaborate with art, strategy, and client servicing teams to create campaigns that resonate with audiences.
  • Drive concept development and ensure flawless execution of copy across digital, social, print, and video platforms.
  • Partner with top brands to conceptualize and deliver iconic campaigns that stand out in the industry.
  • Provide strategic creative inputs during pitches, presentations, and client discussions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–6 years of experience in copywriting within advertising/digital agencies.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns for leading brands (award-winning work is a plus).
  • Expertise in digital advertising and branded storytelling.
  • Proven ability to write, conceptualize, and execute scripts for ad films.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Ability to inspire, nurture, and elevate copywriting talent
