Job Profile: Acquisition of Corporate Clients (In-person reach-outs, Tele-calls, Establishing connect via LinkedIn, Emails etc.), Deepening Relationships and Increasing Wallet Share
KRAs:
Acquire & Manage Corporate Clients / Create Alliances
Garner Insurance Business
Effective coordination with clients & the insurance companies to resolve any query & grievance
Understand insurance requirements for each corp. client & recommend products that best suit them
Provide proper recommendation and detailed comparison of insurance policies and their underlying inclusions & exclusions
Liasoning with insurance companies to negotiate competitive insurance premiums
Provide ongoing support to clients, answering questions and resolving issues
Scrutinise policy documents for correctness & ensure all clauses are incorporated (as requested by clients)
Generating maximum business with proper client satisfaction (no mis-selling)
Ensuring high persistency
Maintain & Update Sales MIS / Lead Tracker
Provide Renewal Support & Customer Retention
Other Requirements:
Certification/Diploma from Insurance Institute of India is preferred
Prior experience in sales
Knowledge of insurance policies & regulations
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to prepare and maintain MIS reports with accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering excellent service
