Job Role: Client Servicing Executive
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2-3 Years Experience in Event Industry

1. Client Servicing
o On projects assigned by Client Servicing/ Business Development Manager:
 Work in tandem with Client Servicing Manager and Business Development Manager on
projects assigned
 Maintenance of Internal Project Tracker dedicated to each event with respective departments
 Client Servicing SPOC for specified events under supervision of Manager
 Attending Client Meetings with Manager: MOM’s, subsequent event briefing to
respective internal departments, Checklist and Scope of Work Circulation
 Making Presentations to Clients
 Event Liaison between Client, Creative, Production & Operations Teams
 Adherence of timelines set by Client Servicing Manager
 SPOC for all pre-event communication with Client’s delegates for specific projects and events
 SPOC for all pre-event prerequisites: maintenance of registration documentation,
checklists with Client and internal teams
 Using cue sheets made by Client Servicing Manager to make detailed MC Scripts
 Onsite Management and Overall Event Responsibility
 Ensure 100% Client satisfaction in every project execution
 New Talent Research and Recruitment as per client’s requirements
2. Creative Responsibilities:
o Initiating ideating and event designing sessions with relevant departments
o End-to-end copywriting for all client’s collateral for each event
o Creative Supervision during approval process
o Making Event Briefing Documents for pre- and onsite management: Content Developers, Animators,
AV Production Houses, Photographers, Videographers, Hostesses, MC’s etc
3. Content:
o Writing AV Scripts & Flows
o Content Development (Animations, AV’s) with specified vendors
o Production of master films as per specified resolutions and formats
4. Post Event:
o Ensuring post-event documentation (Photos, Videos, Data) is collected and submitted to client with
in specified timelines
o Monitoring post-event video making process
5. Swordfish Marketing:
o Creation of Animations and AV’s as per need of Business Development Team
