Role Summary:

Job Title : Executive - Client Servicing (Mainline focused with a touch of Digital)

Location : Richmond Road, Bengaluru

Experience : From 1 to 3 years of account management/ client servicing experience in integrated ad agencies, mainstream advertising, new media, marketing, creative, branding, digital marketing agencies, or similar roles within mainline or digital agencies. ( Experience in client servicing from other industries will not be considered for this position )

CTC Offered : The offered salary for this position is up to 5 LPA.

Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Executive - Client Servicing to join our creative agency. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, focusing primarily on mainline advertising while integrating digital strategies.

Key Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and digital, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Discussing with clients to understand their requirements and communicating the same to the team.
  • Working with the team to conceptualize a campaign that meets the client's brief.
  • Presenting campaign ideas and budgets to the client.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media) to deliver effective mainline advertising campaigns.
  • Incorporate digital elements into traditional campaigns, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across platforms.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing clients with insights and recommendations.
  • Presenting creative work to clients for approval/modification.
  • Managing budgets and campaign costs.
  • Prepare and present campaign reports, analyzing data and providing insights to clients.
  • Assist in creating 'pitches', along with the creative team.
  • Play the role of collaborator in the team that works on a particular account.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients.

Professional Skills:

  • Proven experience in client servicing within a creative agency.
  • Strong understanding of mainline advertising and its integration with digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Strong client-service orientation.
  • Ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines.
