Contracting SpecialistThis is a high-impact role where you will own and scale the US contracting function, supporting our fast-growing sales motion. As a Contracting Specialist, you will negotiate complex enterprise deals, work across multiple jurisdictions (US, UK, EMEA, APAC), and serve as a key advisor on privacy, AI, and IP issues.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements (MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, vendor and partnership agreements, NDAs, teaming arrangements, etc.).Partner with Sales, Finance, and Implementation teams to accelerate revenue while protecting our interests.Identify commercial and legal risks early and propose practical, business-friendly mitigations.Counsel internal teams on privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and intellectual property issues across multiple jurisdictions.Translate complex legal positions into clear, actionable guidance for non-lawyers.Track legal trends in tech, AI, and data regulation; brief leadership on emerging risk areas.Develop templates, playbooks, and deal trackers that streamline operations.Contribute to strategic initiatives that shape how we do business globally.Becoming a part of this organization means you will have opportunities to work on diverse projects, develop your skills, and grow your career.
