Strategic Growth & Development Specialist The position of Strategic Growth and Development Specialist is a key role in driving growth through strategic planning, partner development, and team execution in the federal marketplace.This specialist is responsible for identifying federal opportunities, developing compliant and competitive teaming strategies, and cultivating long-term relationships with prime contractors, subcontractors, and small business partners to support successful bids and contract awards.Responsibilities:Core ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and track federal contracting opportunities through market research, procurement forecasts, and contract vehicle analysis.Support go/no-go decisions by assessing win probability, competitive landscape, and federal acquisition strategy.Teaming & Capture StrategyDevelop and execute teaming strategies for targeted federal opportunities in alignment with agency requirements, set-aside rules, and acquisition methods.Lead coordination of NDAs, Teaming Agreements, MOUs, Joint Venture/CTA arrangements in accordance with FAR, DFARS, and SBA regulations.Strategic Partner Relationship ManagementEstablish and maintain long-term relationships with federal primes, small business partners, and strategic industry collaborators.Reporting & Business Development OperationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity and partner data in CRM and pipeline tracking systems.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related discipline (or equivalent federal contracting experience).Demonstrated experience in federal business development, capture management, or partnering within the U.S. Government marketplace.Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, SBA small business programs, and federal acquisition lifecycle.Preferred Skills and QualificationsExperience with federal set-aside programs (8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, HUBZone).Core Competencies & SkillsFederal capture strategy and pipeline developmentPartner vetting and competitive analysisFAR/SBA compliance and risk management
