Job Overview- We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Outbound Lead Generation Trainee to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in generating high-quality leads for our IT services. The role involves identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and setting up meetings for senior sales representatives.


Key Responsibilities-


  • Conduct outbound prospecting through various channels such as cold calling, emailing, , and other social platforms.
  • Research and identify potential leads based on the company’s target market and ideal customer profile.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the IT services offered by the company and communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Qualify leads by gathering information on their needs, budget, and timelines.
  • Schedule meetings or calls for senior sales team members with qualified leads.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate and up-to-date information on leads.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets and KPIs.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new lead generation tools, techniques, and trends.


Required Skills & Qualifications-


  • 0.4 to 1 year of experience in outbound lead generation, cold calling, or a similar role, ideally within the IT services industry.
  • Basic understanding of IT services, software solutions, or technology offerings.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and lead generation tools is a plus (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Sales Navigator).
  • Familiarity with basic sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to handle rejection and persist in lead generation efforts.
