The Lead Generation Campaign Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of lead generation campaigns for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
•Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of cold email campaigns.
•Ensure all campaigns meet or exceed KPIs, including meetings booked, pipeline generated, and revenue outcomes.
•Develop and manage detailed project timelines, deliverables, and client reporting.
AI and LLM Integration:
•Leverage AI/LLMs to conduct account and prospect research, providing actionable insights for campaign targeting.
•Utilize AI-driven tools to assist with data cleaning, enrichment, and segmentation.
•Implement AI-assisted copywriting to enhance the quality and effectiveness of email campaigns.
Copywriting and Creative Direction:
•Craft compelling email copy that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
•Review and refine copywriting produced by team members, incorporating AI tools to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
Data and List Management:
•Lead list building, data scraping, and segmentation efforts to ensure high-quality outreach.
•Utilize tools like Apollo.io, Clay.com, and Sales Navigator for data enrichment and prospecting.
Tool Management and Optimization:
•Manage email infrastructure and sequencing tools such as Smartlead, Instantly, and others to maximize campaign performance.
•Continuously explore and implement new tools and technologies, including AI/LLMs, that enhance operational efficiency.
Team Leadership and Communication:
•Hire, train, and mentor a team of A-players, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
•Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, providing regular updates on campaign progress and outcomes.

Project and Process Management:

Experience:

Skills:
