Responsibilities:

· Execute End-of-Day (EOD) and Beginning-of-Day (BOD) job processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

· Ensuring Change Management, Incident Management and Patch Management as per SOP

· IT Asset list preparation and updating

· Lead and coordinate DC and DR failover activities, ensuring the availability and reliability of critical systems.

· Manage and oversee production systems during night shifts, ensuring smooth operations and prompt response to incidents.

· Perform system patching activities, ensuring that all systems are up-to-date with the latest security and functionality updates.

· Collaborate with different teams, including development, infrastructure, and support teams, to address and resolve production issues efficiently.

· Prepare and share comprehensive weekly status reports detailing the performance, incidents, and improvements made during the week.

· Manage and administer Linux-based systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.

· Managing and troubleshooting technologies such as KafKA, Websphere, and Openshift

Proffered Skills

· Proven experience as a Senior Production Support Engineer, preferably in a night shift role.

· Experience with EOD/BOD job handling and managing DC, DR failover activities.

· Experience in system patching processes and coordination with different teams.

· Knowledge and hands-on experience in managing Linux systems.

· Working knowledge in technologies such as Kafka, Websphere, and Db2 database queries.

· Good communication and collaboration skills.

· Ability to work independently and make critical decisions during the night shift.

· Proficiency in Db2 database SQL queries.

· Knowledge about Regulatory compliance of SEBI or RBI.
