Dosti is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior IT Staffing Bench Sales Recruiter to work with our client. The ideal candidate must have at least 3-5 years of Experience and should possess in-depth knowledge of various Visa types. The Bench Sales Recruiter is responsible for identifying and placing candidates on the bench with clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US IT staffing industry, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of success in bench sales recruiting. Roles & Responsibilities:Proven track record experience in building and managing the Full Cycle of US Bench Sales and Recruitment for large successful companiesComprehensive understanding of various US Visa typesIdentifying staffing requirements based on business needs and current employee skill setsIdentify, source, and place candidates on the bench with clientsDevelop and maintain relationships with existing clientsProspect and develop new business opportunitiesMeet or exceed sales targets and performance metricsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful delivery of services to clientsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:3-5 years of experience in US IT staffing, with a focus on bench salesProven track record of success in bench sales recruitingStrong understanding of the US IT staffing industry, including current trends and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting toolsWilling to work as per US timings ( 5:30 p.m IST - 1:30 a.m IST )Outstanding communication and negotiation skillsKnowledge of industry-specific products, services, and solutionsAbility to work independently and in a team environment Benefits:Well-structured processOpportunity for advancementAttractive Incentives IndustryUS IT staffing Employment TypeFull-time Role Benefits:Health insuranceProvident Fund Schedule:Night shift
