ob OverviewWe are seeking passionate and goal-driven Business Development Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting AIBI Campus programs, identifying potential learners, and driving admissions through effective communication and relationship management.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate leads through online/offline channels, referrals, and partnerships.Reach out to potential students, explain program details, and guide them through the enrollment process.Conduct counseling sessions and follow up with leads to achieve admission targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, colleges, and training partners.Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns and webinars.Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, lead status updates, and conversion data.Represent AIBI Campus at virtual or physical events to promote programs and partnerships.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (freshers welcome).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.Experience in education sales, telecalling, or EdTech marketing is an added advantage.What We OfferPerformance-based incentives and bonuses.Opportunity for career growth and full-time employment.Training and mentorship from industry professionals.Certificate of experience (for interns or part-time associates).Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per monthEducation:Bachelor's (Required)Work Location: In person
