Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Kochi team. The BDE will be instrumental in driving sales for our customer onboarding solutions for banks and NBFCs, and our Vidzers influencer marketing platform for brands and agencies. The ideal candidate will excel in setting up client meetings, following up diligently, and closing deals in a competitive B2B tech landscape.
Key Responsibilities
•
Proactively identify and prospect potential clients in the banking, NBFC, and digital marketing sectors through research, cold outreach, and networking.
•
Strategically set up and coordinate meetings with key decision-makers, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.
•
Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships, address queries, and move deals forward.
•
Pitch and demonstrate our products, showcasing their value in solving customer onboarding challenges and enabling effective influencer marketing campaigns.
•
Manage the full sales cycle with a strong focus on closing deals, from initial outreach and product demos to negotiations and contract finalization.
•
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
•
Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
•
Achieve or exceed quarterly sales targets and provide regular reports on pipeline progress and market insights.
•
Stay informed on industry trends, including fintech regulations (e.g., Aadhaar/UIDAI, RBI guidelines) and influencer marketing dynamics, to position our products effectively.
•
Represent our company at industry events, webinars, and conferences to expand our network and brand presence.
Qualifications and Skills
•
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (e.g., Business, Commerce, Technology, or related fields).
•
3-5 years of proven experience in B2B tech product sales, with a strong emphasis on setting up meetings, following up, and closing deals, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or digital marketing.
•
Exceptional proficiency in English communication (written and verbal) to articulate product value and negotiate effectively with clients.
•
Strong understanding of fintech ecosystems, customer onboarding processes, and/or digital marketing platforms.
•
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead management and sales tracking.
•
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
•
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings.
•
Knowledge of Indian regulatory frameworks (e.g., UIDAI, RBI guidelines) is a plus.
