We bring together architects, designers, engineers, and project managers to deliver seamless, end-to-end project experiences — from concept to completion. Role Overview We are looking for a Business Development Executive with excellent communication and language skills to manage client interactions, partnerships, and proposal coordination. The ideal candidate will be articulate, detail-oriented, and comfortable engaging with clients in both written and spoken English. Key Responsibilities Handle client inquiries, proposals, and follow-ups with clarity and professionalism. Coordinate with design, marketing, and project teams to prepare presentations and documents. Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships. Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare weekly lead and conversion reports. Support strategic initiatives for business growth and client relations. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Design, or a related field. 0–3 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales. Strong command of English — both spoken and written is essential. Malayalam and Hindi proficiency is a plus. Prior experience in architecture, interiors, or creative industries preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools advantageous. What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based incentives .
