Our mission is to help creators monetize and brands scale faster through authentic partnerships. Role Description We are looking for a Growth/Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will focus on lead generation with brands, driving brand activation, and supporting overall business growth. You will play a critical role in expanding our brand partnerships and helping us accelerate creator-commerce adoption. Key Responsibilities Generate qualified leads with D2C brands, agencies, and eCommerce businesses. Drive brand activation: onboard brands to Shoplinky and ensure smooth adoption of the platform. Build and maintain strong relationships with brand managers, marketers, and decision-makers. Execute and manage outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other channels. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create growth funnels and conversion strategies. Track, measure, and report on lead generation and brand activation performance. Support partnerships and campaign execution as needed. Qualifications 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (internship/freshers with strong interest in startups welcome). Strong research and communication skills. Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
