Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding bagging automation products, including machine specifications, capabilities, and benefits.Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and advantages of our solutions.Proposal Generation: Prepare detailed proposals and quotations, tailoring solutions to meet specific client requirements.Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.Training and Mentorship: Mentor junior sales engineers and provide training on technical aspects of bagging automation products.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering.Experience: 5 to 7 years of sales engineering experience, specifically in bagging automation machines or similar products.Technical Skills: Strong understanding of automation technologies, packaging processes, and machinery operation.Communication: Good command over English and Excellent communication skills.Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot customer issues effectively.Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.Salary: 8 to 9 lacs
