Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Training and Mentorship: Mentor junior sales engineers and provide training on technical aspects of bagging automation products. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering. Experience: 5 to 7 years of sales engineering experience, specifically in bagging automation machines or similar products. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of automation technologies, packaging processes, and machinery operation. Communication: Good command over English and Excellent communication skills. Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
