Establishment and Operations ManagementWe are seeking a strategic leader to spearhead the establishment and daily operations management of food business stores, including coffee shops and kiosks.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cafetaria food businesses or franchise business setup/operations with a proven track record of success.Identify and finalize locations based on market research and revenue potentialNegotiate with vendors and site owners to secure favorable termsEnsure compliance with local regulations and industry standardsProcure equipment and materials within budget constraintsDevelop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cafeteria operationsHire and train staff to meet operational needsImplement quality control measures to ensure customer satisfactionThe successful candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in hospitality management or business administration and possess strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. They will also have experience managing multiple coffee shops with business P&L responsibilities.
