About the Role:


We’re looking for an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial-minded Sales Representative to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with people, has a keen understanding of customer needs, and is comfortable with fieldwork, which involves gathering data, conducting surveys, and building relationships with potential X-Fit partners.


This role will be able to guide businesses in selecting X-Fit during the sales process by asking the right questions and empathizing with their needs. The individual thrives in a fast-paced, growth-minded environment and can contribute to the development of each part of the sales. This is a unique chance to grow and develop as a sales professional while helping businesses find an easier way to onboard gym owners onto the X-Fit platform.


This is a paid part-time position.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Potential Customers and Gym Owners: Build strong connections by introducing gym owners and potential users to the benefits of X-Fit, helping bridge the gap between local fitness providers and community needs.
  • Conduct Data Collection and Market Research: Gather insights by conducting surveys and in-person interviews to understand customer expectations and market trends within Bangalore’s fitness scene.
  • Business Development: Actively seek partnerships with gyms and fitness centers, enhancing X-Fit’s offerings and building a comprehensive network of high-quality fitness facilities.
  • Travel and Ground-Level Engagement: Be ready to travel within Bangalore for on-the-ground relationship building, data collection, and engaging with potential X-Fit users.


Required Qualifications:


  • Must be based in Bangalore.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of customer engagement and data collection methods.
  • Proficiency in Kannada is a must.
  • Prior experience in Sales, Customer Engagement, and data gathering is a plus.
